Project Description

This energy from waste facility in Ipswich was awarded Lagan Construction for the sub-structure and super-structure concrete works. Cidon's experience and expertise in this sector was instrumental in securing this contract.

The facility featured a state-of the-art glazed visitor centre, landscaped wetland area and on-site ash processing facility which generated sufficient electricity to power 30,000 homes, saving the equivalent of 75,000 tonnes of CO2 each year.
