Cidon were appointed to carry out the full groundworks package and structural elements on this scheme.

Whitelock Street presents a mixed-use six and seven-storey building that will provide accommodation for the city’s growing student population.

The project will comprise of a single six and seven-storey stepped block with a gross internal area of around 127,000 sq ft.

Students will be able to choose from 53 studios and a range of four to eight bedroom cluster flats.

At ground floor level there will be flexible gallery and studio space to support local artists and will feature workshops, a kiln and exhibition area.
