Awarded by new client, Robertson Construction, Springside is part of the re-development masterplan of the former Scottish & Newcastle Brewery site in the Fountainbridge area of Edinburgh.

Planning permission in principle was granted for a new site wide masterplan at the 2.15 hectare site. Springside offers 476 homes designed exclusively for rent with a mix of studios, one to three-bed apartments and town houses.

Residents will have access to the all-in facilities including lounges, health and wellbeing zones, a games room and dining club with terrace views towards Edinburgh Castle
