Working on this prestigious development in the heart of Edinburgh since 2008, Q3 will be the seventh and final phase on this scheme.

Q3 - This final block of the reinforced concrete frame development comprises of 6 floors, plus a basement car park, with Cidon construction undertaking works to the substructure and superstructure, including King Post retaining walls.

Q24 - Q25, Our sixth phase on this prestigious project in the heart of Edinburgh. The contract was awarded by Sir Robert McAlpine to complete the super-structure for two highrise residential blocks with underground car parking facilities.The scheme includes a King Post retaining wall solution comprising  a warrantied Cetco waterproofing construction system of  negative levels.

Quartermile is a cosmopolitan mix of luxury apartments, vibrant cafes and thriving businesses,situated in an unrivalled location within the city’s world heritage site. The site is located on the south east boundary of the development.
