Project Description

Plans were approved for this £20 million,10 storey office block comprising of 78,000 ft2 with two ground floor retail units and car parking. St Paul’s Office 3, is the final piece in the Heart of the City jigsaw. The Heart of the City project was conceived around 1995 to help kick-start the economic and physical regeneration of the City Centre. The scheme included the Winter Garden, St Paul’s Hotel, City Lofts and the ‘cheese grater’ car park.

There is a growing demand for Grade A offices in the city centre, but no high-quality facilities were readily available at the present time in the Central Business District for the first time in a decade.

The developers of St Paul’s Place, CTP Limited, are planning to meet this demand by building the third office block on the remaining vacant site on Norfolk Street. It will sit alongside the two successful developments overlooking the Peace Gardens and will be built in a similar style with stone, glass and bronze sections.
