Kirkstall Place

Cidon were appointed to carry out the full groundworks package and structural elements on this scheme.

Kirkstall Place is a major regeneration in Leeds, with 263 dwellings, along with a small-scale commercial unit for retail or co-working office space.  The site is situated on a key regeneration plot that has stood vacant for many years.

The site topography was utilised in the design process to deliver undercroft car parking, creating a streetscape with reduced car numbers and prioritising pedestrian movement. There was also the opportunity to create new green routes and community pocket gardens throughout Kirkstall Place for use by residents and the wider community.
